The 4 week Baby Steps Program is designed for those who DESPERATELY want to start their fitness journey, but are overwhelmed and anxious about actually stepping foot in the gym. This program goes right back to basics, focusing on nurturing your mindset first. While you won’t see massive physical changes from this program, it will set you up to really knuckle down on your fitness, and create a lifelong change. Throughout the 4 weeks you will receive:

  • 2x programmed gym sessions each week

  • Motivation + mindset tips to help get over your gym anxiety

  • Weekly checkins + fortnightly Google Meet call

  • Join a community forum of like-minded people, in the same stage of their gym journey

$30AUD covers the cost of the entire program. Payment is required to secure your spot, within 48 hours of being offered the place.
