I’m here to help you along your fitness journey! Whether you’re just starting out, coming back from some time off, or you’re fairly experienced, I’m here to optimise your training and lifestyle to help you become the best version of you!

My training style is non-restrictive, focusing on building confidence in fitness and in your body, which aids in motivation and exercise adherence. My programming is designed to start at a low intensity while you build good habits, and slowly introduce more and more to ensure your fitness journey is sustainable.

I’m here to meet you exactly where you’re at and ensure your positive changes are life-long!

    Finally, we put a plan in motion to keep you consistent. We collaborate to write a program that will not only be effective, but that you’ll actually enjoy. Then comes the fun part!
